Critical path Method In Project Management

by Arnold Burian

Critical path Method In Project Management is one of the fundamental scheduling concepts. It is a way to prioritize activities in one’s project schedule. Developed by DuPont, the method makes sense when we have dependencies between task and is assuming that we are talking about the current schedule.

This video explains what critical path is and why it is important on projects. It is a fragment of my Project Management With Microsoft Project Master Class on Udemy.
